Allu Arjun is planning to enter the real estate field. Already the stylish actor is moving the cards in this direction. According to the sources, Allu Arjun has bought a 1 acre land for Rs 5 crores in Tellapur (located on the outskirts of Hyd), which is now turning out to be a hot investment destination. Already his counterparts like Nagarjuna and Junior NTR, is venturing into business.
He has built a palatial 5,000 sq. ft villa here and is looking forward to extend it by buying few more acres to develop it as a resort – which has spa, swimming pool and a great cuisine for the guests. Reports also claim that Allu Arjun plans to charge Rs 1 lakh per day for the music shows or story discussions and other programs.
